Liquibase Secure server computes fifteen figures: four on the Database Changes dashboard, six on Policy Checks, and five on Drift Detection. That set is defined in the product. You cannot add a figure of your own, attach a target or a threshold to one, or have the server notify you when one moves.

So the work is connecting the indicators you already report on to what the server computes, rather than expecting the server to take a definition from you.

Note: Pair every rate with its coverage figure when you report it. A rate improves whenever the thing being measured stops being measured, and the coverage figure beside it is what shows that has not happened.

An indicator is only comparable across cycles if the scope behind it does not drift. Set the project filter and the time range once, then save it. A saved view captures every active filter, is private to you, and can be updated or renamed later, so the same numbers come back the same way each cycle.

To hand the exact view to someone else, use Copy link to this filtered view. Filters live in the page URL, so the link reproduces what you are looking at, and access is still enforced for whoever opens it. See Filter activity by project, pipeline, database, or environment.

Read on a cycle that lines up with the range you chose, so each reading covers new work rather than re-reading the last one. A 30-day range reported monthly gives you the period comparison for free, since the three earlier windows on each tile are the three previous months.
