You stand up Liquibase Secure for your organization and keep it running: deploy the server, apply the license, connect Secure Automation, and verify that operational data is flowing. Your journey: deploy, license, secure, connect, operate.

What you own

You own

  • The server: deployment, health, upgrades, and platform settings.
  • Licensing: adding the license, renewing it, and understanding utilization.
  • Access and connectivity: users, roles, authentication, and the connection between Secure Automation and the server. Liquibase Secure Role-Based Access Control explains the model in one pass before you grant anything.

You do not own

  • Policy selection: which controls apply and where is the governance owner's call.
  • Change authoring: changesets and changelogs belong to developers.
  • Project scope: projects, pipelines, and their governance are owned by project owners.
